1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit. This policy explains what cookies ClassMind uses, why, and how you can control them, in accordance with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and UK GDPR.

We group cookies into three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you give your consent.

These cookies are essential for ClassMind to work. Under UK PECR, consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies, but we are required to tell you about them.

4. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how ClassMind is being used so we can improve it. They collect information about pages visited, time spent, and how users navigate the service. These cookies are only set if you accept analytics cookies.

5. Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of ClassMind advertising campaigns and to show you relevant ClassMind ads when you visit other websites. These cookies are only set if you accept marketing cookies.

6. Third-party connections (not cookies)

When you load a ClassMind page, your browser fetches fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This is not a cookie, but your browser's IP address and user-agent are sent to Google as part of this request. No persistent cookie is set by Google Fonts.

On checkout pages, a Stripe payment iframe is loaded from stripe.com. Stripe may set its own cookies to prevent fraud and detect suspicious activity. See stripe.com/gb/privacy.

8. Google Consent Mode

ClassMind uses Google Consent Mode v2. When you reject analytics or marketing cookies, Google's services operate in a limited mode that does not store identifiable data on your device. Aggregated, non-identifiable signals may still be used by Google for modelling purposes in accordance with their terms.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we change how cookies are used. Any updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Significant changes will be notified via the consent banner on your next visit.
