We designed ClassMind for UK primary school teachers. Minimise pupil data, use initials or neutral references where possible, and review each AI-generated output before use.

ClassMind uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate your teaching resources. ClassMind sends the prompt content needed for that resource to Anthropic's API when you generate content. This can include the school name, year group, topic and notes you provide.

The report tool avoids sending full pupil names to the AI API. Do not include safeguarding, medical or other sensitive pupil details in prompts or uploaded text.

If you are a school data controller, ClassMind acts as a data processor under Article 28 of UK GDPR. Please contact us to arrange a Data Processing Agreement if required by your school.

We may update this privacy policy. We will email you about significant changes. The date at the top shows the latest update.
